USA & CANADA;

All orders shipped to the United States and Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees depending on local regulations. Where applicable, these charges are calculated and included at checkout. In some cases, additional fees may be charged by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

NRJ is not responsible for parcels once they have been dispatched and are in the care of the shipping carrier. This includes any loss, theft, or damage in transit. Once shipped, we are unable to expedite delivery.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS/ REFUNDS
We do not accept returns for a refund unless an item is deemed faulty. All garments undergo two rounds of quality checks; however, in the unlikely event of a fault, the item must be returned in its original condition—unworn, with all tags and dust bag included.

If an item is confirmed faulty, NRJ will cover the return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
Due to limited production runs, we strongly recommend reviewing the Size Guide before purchasing. Size guides are released in advance to allow time for consideration, and we are always available to assist with sizing enquiries via Instagram DM or email at hello@niamhrobinjury.com.au

Exchanges are offered for size changes only and are subject to availability. We are unable to guarantee stock for exchanges.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
